T he local cellar is very well stocked, both in terms of wines and sparkling wines. In the first case, particular attention is paid to local wines, with a careful selection of local producers known for the quality of their bottles. Obviously, most of our recommended combinations are with fish. In the case of sparkling wines and champagnes, the Oyster Fish restaurant has a real "spumanteria", featuring both Italian and other foreign solutions. Anyhow, our selection in terms of sparking wines is particularly broad. It is also possible to choose from a vast assortment of beers, both industrial and craft, declined in red, blonde and amber types. A special and thoroughly appreciated feature concerns the Prosecco di Mionetto, which is served in a basket with ice, in order to maintain its ideal temperature.
